A+ Auto Insurance, Inc. was incorporated in Georgia on April 19, 2007 (Control Number 07035182) as a domestic profit corporation. The Georgia Office of Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner approved the corporate name for insurance use in April 2007.
Articles of Incorporation authorized up to 100,000 shares of common stock at $1.00 par value. Theodore A. Erck of Roberts, Erck & Cleveland served as incorporator.
